Data Retention
How long we keep your data depends on your account type and activity:
Free Accounts
- Data is retained for 1 year from account creation date
- After 1 year, all data is automatically deleted, including:
- Account information
- All videos and generated content
- Uploaded images, assets, and business descriptions
- Projects and workspaces
- You'll receive warnings at 11 months and 2 weeks before deletion
- Upgrade to a paid plan to preserve your data
Paid Accounts
- Data is retained indefinitely while your account remains active
- Even if you stop paying, your account remains active and data is preserved
- Data is only deleted if you explicitly request account deletion
User-Requested Deletion
When you request account deletion:
- 30-day grace period: Your account is deactivated but data remains recoverable
- After 30 days: Complete and permanent deletion of all data
- Financial/transaction records retained for 7 years as required by law
- Backup purging: Data removed from backup systems within 90 days
Public Video Sharing
⚠️ Important: When you share a video via link, that link is publicly accessible.
- Anyone with the link can view the video
- You control whether to share links (sharing is optional)
- You can revoke access by deleting the video or disabling the share link
- Consider the privacy implications before sharing videos containing personal or sensitive information
Data Security
We take security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your data:
- Encryption: Data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- Secure storage: Data at rest is stored with encryption
