By using Vivv, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vivv.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete their account and all associated data.
Information We Collect
1. Account Information
When you create a Vivv account, we collect:
- Email address
- Name and profile picture (if provided via sign-in provider)
- Account creation date and last login information
2. User-Generated Content
As you use our platform, we collect and store:
- Videos, images, and assets you upload or generate
- Business descriptions, scripts, ideas, and prompts you provide
- Project data including storyboards, characters, scenes, and generation history
- Voice and music selections
- Support messages and attachments you send us
3. Payment and Credit Information
- Purchase and subscription history
- Video-seconds and regeneration-token balance and usage
- We do not store your full credit card details; payments are handled by a secure payment processor
4. Usage Analytics
We automatically collect information about how you use Vivv, including:
- Device and browser information
- Usage patterns, feature interactions, and performance data
- IP address and approximate location
- A device identifier used to enforce one free trial per device
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies section below)
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process your content through AI/ML systems to generate scripts, images, videos, and audio
- Manage your account and track your balance
- Process payments and subscriptions

We do not train our own AI models on your content.
Third-Party Services
To operate Vivv, we rely on third-party service providers in the following categories:
AI/ML model providers
External providers process your prompts, images, and other inputs to generate text, images, video, and audio. These providers may be located outside your country, including in the United States. They receive only the data necessary to perform the requested generation and are bound by their own privacy policies.
Payment processing
Payment transactions are handled by secure third-party processors. We do not store full credit card details.
Cloud hosting, database, and storage
We use cloud infrastructure providers to host the Service and store your content securely.
Authentication, email, and analytics
Sign-in providers (e.g., Google), transactional email delivery, and product analytics providers process limited data to perform their function.
These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function and are bound by contractual data-protection obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Automated Decision-Making
We apply limited automated processes to keep the Service safe and fair, including:
- Free-trial eligibility: a device identifier is used to detect whether a free trial has already been claimed on your device, and may automatically deny further free-trial credits
- Content moderation: content submitted for generation is automatically evaluated by us and by our AI providers, and may be rejected if flagged
These processes have limited effect on your access to the Service (they do not affect paid accounts' ability to use features they have purchased). To contest an automated decision, contact contact@vivv.studio.
Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access your account information and content at any time
- Export a copy of your data in a portable format on request
- Correct your account details
- Delete individual projects, videos, or assets, or your entire account
- Opt out of optional analytics via our cookie consent banner
- Revoke third-party sign-in access via that provider's settings
- Unsubscribe from promotional email (account and transactional notifications may still be sent)

Data Retention
Free Accounts
- Data is retained for 1 year from account creation, after which it is automatically deleted
- You will be notified 11 months and 2 weeks before deletion
- Making a purchase preserves your data
- Public share links (e.g.,
/watch/{share_id}) are part of account data and will stop working once the account is deleted
Paid Accounts
- Data is retained while your account remains active
- Data is only deleted if you request account deletion
Temporary Files
Reference-image uploads and other temporary processing files are automatically deleted within 2 hours.
User-Requested Deletion
- 30-day grace period during which your account is deactivated but recoverable
- After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
- Financial and transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Israeli law
- Data is removed from backup systems within 90 days
Legal Holds
In cases of disputes, legal proceedings, or Terms violations, we may retain data longer as required by law.
Public Video Sharing
⚠️ When you share a video via link, that link is publicly accessible.
- Anyone with the link can view the video
- Sharing is optional; you can revoke access at any time by deleting the video or disabling the share link
- Consider the privacy implications before sharing videos containing personal or sensitive information
Free Tier Gallery
Videos compiled under the free tier may be displayed publicly in our "Made with Vivv" gallery for promotional and inspirational purposes (see the corresponding clause in our Terms of Use).
- Gallery display is anonymous — no personal information (name, email, or account details) is shown alongside your video
- You can remove your video from public access at any time by deleting the project from your account
- We do not sell or sublicense your content to third parties; gallery display is for our own promotional use
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encryption at rest
- Access controls and per-user data isolation
- Time-limited signed URLs for private files
- Restricted internal access and confidentiality obligations for staff
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, using a strong password, logging out of shared devices, and reporting suspicious activity immediately.
No system is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Data Transfers
Vivv operates globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers. By using Vivv, you consent to these transfers.
Children's Privacy
Vivv is not intended for individuals under 18.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact contact@vivv.studio and we will promptly delete it.
Your Privacy Rights by Jurisdiction
